Crispy Bread with Olive, Hummus and Chorizo

  1. Arrange the halved rolls cut side up on 2 oven trays.
  2. Spray the rolls with the garlic olive oil and bake in a moderate oven 200C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Pan fry the chorizo slices in a non stick fry pan over a medium heat for 5- 8 minutes or until lightly browned, drain well on absorbent paper.
  5. Keep warm.
  6. Spread the Olive and Hummus dip onto each roll, top with a slice of warm chorizo and garnish with parsley leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
