Crispy Bread with Olive, Hummus and Chorizo
- 10 pa bakedr dinner rolls, halved horizontally
- Garlic olive oil spray
- 250g (2) Mexican chorizo sausages, sliced
- 1 x 150g Captain's Table Middle Eastern Olive and Hummus Dip
- Flat-leaf parsley leaves, for garnish
- Arrange the halved rolls cut side up on 2 oven trays.
- Spray the rolls with the garlic olive oil and bake in a moderate oven 200C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool.
- Pan fry the chorizo slices in a non stick fry pan over a medium heat for 5- 8 minutes or until lightly browned, drain well on absorbent paper.
- Keep warm.
- Spread the Olive and Hummus dip onto each roll, top with a slice of warm chorizo and garnish with parsley leaves.
- Serve immediately.
