Mississippi Mud Sheet Cake
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1 pkg. confectioners sugar
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Combine sugar, 1/3 cup baking cocoa, oil, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, flour, 1 tablespoon vanilla and salt in a mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup pecans. Spoon into a greased and floured 10 x 14-inch cake pan. Bake at 300u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
