Gnocchi al Gorgonzola

  1. Note: See my Homemade Gnocchi recipe here on Tasty Kitchen to make the gnocchi.
  2. You can also serve this on pasta, if you like.
  3. 1.
  4. Preheat a sauce pan on medium heat and heat 2 cups of the cream.
  5. 2.
  6. Add in the gorgonzola and let it melt with the cream.
  7. Taste the sauce.
  8. If it is too sharp for you, add in more cream until desired taste is acquired.
  9. 3.
  10. Add in gnocchi to the sauce OR ladle the sauce on top of gnocchi/pasta.
  11. 4.
  12. Add a dash of pepper if desired, and serve!
