Sweetcorn Coleslaw Recipe

• 1 can sweet corn (500g)
• 2 grated carrots
• 1 minced onion
• mayonnaise

1. Put all of the sweet corns in a container.
2. Grate carrots, add in to container.
3. Add in 5 Tbsp.
4. of mayonnaise and grated carrots; combine well.
5. Serves 4-6.
6. Lasts for 4 days.
