Bearnaise Bread (Bread Machine/ Abm)
- 2 14 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 34 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 tablespoons tarragon (dried)
- 2 14 teaspoons Dijon mustard (sharp recommended)
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (sub white vinegar plus extra tarragon)
- 1 cup water
- Add the ingredients into your bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Process on Wheat or Medium setting, or do a dough cycle and shape into a loaf, baking on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes at 375F.
