Swordfish With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut fish into serving size.
  2. Combine Chablis or possibly water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano to create marinade.
  3. Place fish with marinade in a container and cover.
  4. Chill for 2 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Reserving marinade, barbecue or possibly broil fish approximately 6 to 8 min per side.
  6. While fish is cooking, saute/fry mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil.
  7. Add in marinade to sauteed mushroom and simmer 1 minute.
  8. Place fish on platter and cover with mushroom sauce.
  9. Serves 4 to 5.
