Crispy Vegetables

  2. Cut all vegetables into 1-inchs pieces.

  4. Put all vegetables in a big bowl.
  5. Sprinkle vinegar, salt , pepper, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, and cornflour.
  6. Mix well.

  8. Sprinkle a little water just to make sure the cornflour coats all the vegetables.
  9. 4.
  10. Fry vegetables in hot oil.
  11. When vegetables float in the oil, take them out and then again re-fry it to make them crispier.
