Black Eyed Pea And Chick Pea Salad Recipe

  1. In a large bowl beat vinegar and salt till salt is partially dissolved.
  2. Beat in oil, pepper sauce and garlic till well blended.
  3. Add in black-eyed peas, chickpeas, pimentos and green onions.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Cover, stirring occasionally, refrigerateseveral hrs.
  6. Serve from lettuce lined bowl or possibly platter.
  7. Makes about 24 servings.
