Sausage Or Hamburger Pie Recipe

• 1 deep dish pie crust
• 6 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
• 1 pound sausage or possibly hamburger meat
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 green pepper, minced
• 6 Large eggs, well beaten
• 3 ounce. cheese on bottom of pie crust

1. Then add in meat no top of cheese.
2. Add in egg mix over this.
3. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake at 350 or possibly 375 degrees till done.
