Tomato Mushroom Brushetta
- 5 roma tomatoes
- 3 large baby portabella mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- Dice Tomatoes, basil, garlic and mushrooms.
- mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper
- mix vegetable mix and dressing mix together.
- Serve chilled on Italian bread, garlic bread.
