Ham Cheesecake Appetizer Recipe

  1. Grease 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Coat side and bottom with bread crumbs.
  3. Beat half & half, mustard, salt and red pepper, Large eggs and cream cheese till smooth.
  4. Stir in half and cheese.
  5. Spread in pan.
  6. Bake in 325 degree oven till set, about 1 hour.
  7. Can be refrigerated 48 hrs.
  8. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hrs before serving.
