Ham Cheesecake Appetizer Recipe
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. half & half
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 pkg. (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pound finely minced cooked smoked ham
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- Grease 9 inch springform pan.
- Coat side and bottom with bread crumbs.
- Beat half & half, mustard, salt and red pepper, Large eggs and cream cheese till smooth.
- Stir in half and cheese.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake in 325 degree oven till set, about 1 hour.
- Can be refrigerated 48 hrs.
- Let stand at room temperature for 2 hrs before serving.
