Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 6 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, broken in half
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 12 small leaf lettuce leaves
- Combine Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix ground beef and barbecue sauce just until blended.
- Shape into 6 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Cook patties in large skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Kraft Singles for the last 2 min.
- Cut cheeseburgers in half; place on tortillas.
- Top with bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and Miracle Whip mixture; fold in half.
