Baked Tomatoes
- 2 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes
- 1 each bread crumbs fine
- 1 each parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 1 each thyme dried
- Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish.
- Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme.
- Bake for 15 to 20 min.
