Chicken Broccoli Orientale

  1. In 10-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat, in hot oil, stir-fry half the chicken until browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove; set aside.
  3. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  4. In same skillet stir-fry onion and green pepper until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Stir in reserved chicken, broccoli soup, water and soy.
  7. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
  9. Add seasoning packets; drain off most of liquid.
  10. Spoon chicken mixture over noodles.
  11. Serve with additional soy if desired.
