Ham Stuffed Cabbage Leaves

  1. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes or until leaves are limp.
  3. Mix ham, rice, mayonnaise, egg, pickle, celery and onion.
  4. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each cabbage leaf.
  5. Fold leaves over filling, envelope fashion.
  6. Roll and secure with toothpick or string.
  7. Place in casserole.
  8. Dot with butter and cover with chicken broth.
  9. Cover tightly and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
