Country Steak 'n' Gravy

  1. On a plate, combine seasoning mix with bread crumbs.
  2. Dip steaks in egg, then press each side gently into the seasoning mixture.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steaks; saute 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.
  5. Prepare sauce mix according to package directions.
  6. Serve over steaks.
