Beef and Garlic Shoots Stir-Fry
- 50 grams Thinly shredded beef
- 1 bunch Garlic shoots
- 2 King oyster mushrooms
- 2 Button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- If the meat is too large, cut into bite-size pieces.
- Chop the garlic shoots into 3 cm lengths.
- Chop the mushrooms.
- Rub the beef with a small amount of soy sauce, sake, and katakuriko (not listed).
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry the meat, garlic shoots, and mushrooms in that order.
- Pour in the seasonings and coat with the sauce.
