Beef and Garlic Shoots Stir-Fry

  1. If the meat is too large, cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Chop the garlic shoots into 3 cm lengths.
  3. Chop the mushrooms.
  4. Rub the beef with a small amount of soy sauce, sake, and katakuriko (not listed).
  5. Heat sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry the meat, garlic shoots, and mushrooms in that order.
  6. Pour in the seasonings and coat with the sauce.
