White Tropical Fruit Sangria from Martinique Bistro
- 1 12 liters dry white wine, such as Spanish Famega Vino Verde (2 bottles)
- 2 mangoes
- 12 pineapple
- 2 peaches
- 3 kiwi, peeled (1/2-inch-thick slices)
- 13 cup simple syrup
- 12 cup apricot brandy
- club soda, to taste
- In a large container combine wine and fruit.
- Add simple syrup and apricot brandy.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, place a few pieces of each kind of fruit in a large wine glass, top with about 6 ounces of sangria, and top off with a big splash of club soda.
