Bistro Burgers with Boss Sauce
- 1 pound 93% Lean Ground Beef, Divided
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 slices Ciabatta Bread (your Preferred Sandwich Thickness)
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1/2 cups Arugula
- 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/4 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika

- Preheat oven to 400 F. Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Form ground beef into 2 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Place patties in pan and cook 3-3.5 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Cook 4-4.5 minutes per side for medium.
- Once flipped to the second side, add a slice of cheese.
- Once its finished cooking and the cheese is melted, remove patties to a plate.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes.

- Meanwhile, toast bread using your preferred method until it is golden brown on the edges and crunchy.
- Make sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl.

- Assemble burger: Take a generous amount of sauce and spread it over the bottom bun.
- Place patty on top.
- Add 2 slices of tomato and arugula.
- Add a bit more sauce on top bun.
- Place it on the burger.
- Serve with seasoned fries.
