Spaghetti sauce for later
- 15 tomatoes
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 cup chopped zuchinni
- 1 cup sliced mushroom
- pre heat oven 500F
- add tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, in pan
- bake for 30 min, broil for 5 or until slightly roasted
- let cool, add to blender, puree
- add puree and other ingredients to pot
- turn to medium heat, cook for 5 min, let cool
- add to jar
