Coconut Oil Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place salmon pieces, skin side down, onto a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Brush each piece with melted coconut oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon from the oven and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve with whatever you like and enjoy!
