Coconut Oil Roasted Salmon
- 2 pieces Salmon, 4-5 Oz. Each
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Place salmon pieces, skin side down, onto a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Brush each piece with melted coconut oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Roast for 10 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the oven and cover with aluminum foil.
- Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with whatever you like and enjoy!
