Ww Chili Burgers
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg white
- 12 onion, minced
- 14 cup tomato juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 3 radishes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns
- Preheat broiler (see note in description) and spray broiler pan with Pam.
- To make burgers, combine first 6 ingredients (beef - chili powder) plus 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper in a bowl, mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Place burger patties on broiler pan (see note in description) and cook until browned (5-10 minutes), turn and cook other side.
- During the last minute or so place burger buns on broiler pan and cook until toasted.
- Meanwhile prepare salsa by combining salsa ingredients (tomato - lime juice plus remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt) in a small bowl.
- Place burgers on buns topped with salsa.
