Spinach, Feta, Tomato Quiche

  1. Take pie shell out to thaw and preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl then add the salt, pepper, and baking powder.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and mix until the spinach has wilted a little.
  4. Pour egg mixture into your pie crust and bake for about 50 minutes.
  5. Let set for at least 30-45 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
