Not Your Ordinary Macaroni Salad

  1. boil pasta til cooked.
  2. cut ham & cheese into 1/2" cubes.
  3. de-seed and dice cucumber.
  4. finely dice jalapeno & onion.
  5. once pasta is cool, combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes or overnight.
  6. you can use more or less olive oil depending on personal preference.
  7. this is a very flavorful dish without a heavy sauce.
