Hidden Treasure Brownie Cakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 12-cup muffin pan with paper baking cups or lightly spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Melt 1/2 cup butter and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients except candy kisses until mixture is smooth.
  7. Spoon heaping 2 tablespoons batter into each prepared muffin cup.
  8. Place 1 candy kiss in center of each cup; press down slightly.
  9. Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Combine all frosting ingredients in bowl.
  12. Beat at low speed until well mixed.
  13. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy.
  14. Spread 1 tablespoon frosting on top of each brownie cake.
  15. Decorate as desired.
