Easy Roast Beef

• 3 lbs beef roast
• 10 34 ounces cream of mushroom soup
• 1 ounce dry onion soup mix (1/2-1 envelope)

1. Rinse beef, pat dry, and place in slow cooker.
2. Pour mushroom soup over top.
3. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
