Go healthy with TUNA!!
- 1 can Tuna
- 1 carrot
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 cucumbers
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- cup broccoli
- chop lettuce in a meduim size and spread it on your plate.
- Then Chop each of cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, red cabbage, broccoli and all the peppers on the lettuce.
- Put Tuna on the mixture and put on whatever spices you like espcially Paprika and chilly pepper.
- Enjoy your healthy meal
