Hungarian Goulash

  1. Coat beef cubes with flour.
  2. Add olive oil to skillet and brown beef cubes with onion and garlic.
  3. Transfer to a slow cooker and add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
  4. Stir well, cover and cook on low for 7-10 hours.
  5. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
  7. Can be cooked on high for 5 6 hours.
  8. I like to cut up the tomatoes its just whatever your personal preferences might be.
