Healthier Cinnamon Toast

  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. After toasted, use a butter knife to spread the coconut oil liberally over the toast as you would butter--the oil will melt into the toast so don't use too much.
  3. Sprinkle sugar evenly over toast then sprinkle cinnamon evenly over toast.
  4. Amounts are to your preference.
  5. Note: you can also substitute Pumpkin Pie Spice in place of the cinnamon.
