Oklahoma Chalupadilla
- 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Fat Free Or Vegetarian Refried Beans
- 3 Tablespoons Salsa
- 1 pound Grated Cheddar Cheese (or To Taste)
- 6 whole Flour Tortillas
- 5 pieces Chopped Bacon, Or Bacon Bits (optional, If You Want A Vegetarian Version)
- Fry the bacon in a pan, or if you use precooked bacon, bacon bits, or leave out the bacon to make it vegetarian, use salsa to thin down the beans instead of bacon grease.
- Add the refried beans to the bacon and the grease, or add salsa to the refried beans in the pan and cook until warm.
- Spread the refried beans on a tortilla.
- Top with as much cheese as you like.
- Top with the other tortilla.
- Repeat for the other two chalupadillas.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese has melted, about 20-30 minutes.
