Super Rainbow Smoothie
- 6 fresh strawberries, stemmed
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 banana, frozen is best
- 12 teaspoon spirulina
- 12 cup frozen blueberries
- 12 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 tablespoon protein powder (I use rice protein)
- 6 ice cubes
- Place ingredients in the blender pitcher and puree to desired consistency.
- Drink up!
