Cheddar, Ham & Pasta Casserole
- 3 cups small fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped ham
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 18 RITZ Crackers, crushed
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and cracker crumbs.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until heated through.
