Festive Cheese Ball

  1. On a sheet of wax paper, sprinkle together parsley flakes, chili powder, and half the pecans.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic cheese log and grated Velveeta together. Add the other half of the pecans and 1-2 tsp. of minced garlic. Using clean hands or a mixer, thoroughly mix and blend the three cheeses, pecans and garlic together.
  4. (Note:
  5. Allowing cheese to soften at room temperature makes the blending process easier.) Shape cheese into a ball.
  6. Roll cheese ball in parsley flakes, chili powder and pecans making sure cheese ball is completely coated.
  7. Chill cheese ball overnight.
  8. Serve with Sociable brand crackers.
