Easy Tuna Steak

  1. Thinly slice the garlic and mix together with the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper the tuna and coat in the katakuriko.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and cook the tuna.
  4. Once cooked, add the seasonings, coat the steak, and enjoy!
  5. Eat with butter to taste.
