Easy Tuna Steak
- 1 block Fresh sashimi grade tuna
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 heaping tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Butter
- Thinly slice the garlic and mix together with the seasoning ingredients.
- Lightly salt and pepper the tuna and coat in the katakuriko.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and cook the tuna.
- Once cooked, add the seasonings, coat the steak, and enjoy!
- Eat with butter to taste.
- It's also good served over rice!
