Bok Choy Stir Fry with Beef and Oyster Sauce

  1. Trim ends of bok choy.
  2. Wash, pat dry with paper towels, and then set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil, and then add garlic and ginger.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until soft, and then lay beef slices flat on the pan.
  6. Cook each side for 1 minute or until browned.
  7. Stir in bok choy and cook for 1 minute, or until bok choy just starts to wilt.
  8. Stir in oyster sauce, fish sauce, and bell pepper and cook for about 1 minute or until heated through.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
