Family Gathering Spaghetti
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
- 1 (16 oz.) jar (same flavor)
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (uncooked), broken up
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook and stir meat in a large Dutch oven until meat is brown. Drain off grease.
- Add sauce and mushrooms.
- (Add your own special touches, onions, black olives, etc.)
- Cook a few minutes.
- Add spaghetti.
- Pour mixture into two ungreased casseroles.
- Cover and bake one in 375u0b0 oven, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender, about 45 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with one cup of cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
- Freeze other casserole and bake another night.
- If having a large crowd for dinner, bake both. Enjoy.
- Serves 4 to 6.
