Pina Colada Dressing

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp rum extract
• 1 can (8.5 ounces) cream of coconut

1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
