Coconut Cream Cheese Pound Cake

  1. Cream butter, shortening and softened cream cheese.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
  5. Add to creamed mixture, stirring until just blended.
  6. Stir in coconut and flavorings.
  7. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350u0b0 or until done.
  9. Remove from pan and cool completely.
