Hawaiin Baked Chicken

• 6 skinless chicken breasts
• 16 ounces undrained pineapple (crushed or cubes or rings (your choice)
• 14 cup sherry wine or 14 cup chicken broth
• 14 cup spicy brown mustard
• 14 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
• 12 teaspoon paprika

1. Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
2. In a bowl combine the sherry OR chicken broth, (YOUR CHOICE)mustard,honey,butter and pineapple with juice.
3. mix well.
4. spoon over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
5. bake uncovered at 400 degrees 35-45 min or till meat thermometer reads 180. and if you wish you could shorten the time and grill for the remaining time.
