Hawaiin Baked Chicken
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces undrained pineapple (crushed or cubes or rings (your choice)
- 14 cup sherry wine or 14 cup chicken broth
- 14 cup spicy brown mustard
- 14 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl combine the sherry OR chicken broth, (YOUR CHOICE)mustard,honey,butter and pineapple with juice.
- mix well.
- spoon over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
- bake uncovered at 400 degrees 35-45 min or till meat thermometer reads 180. and if you wish you could shorten the time and grill for the remaining time.
