Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake

  1. Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and butter in large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
  3. Pour into greased 10-inch deep dish pie plate.
  4. Drain peaches well, reserving liquid.
  5. Arrange peach slices atop the batter.
  6. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice in medium bowl.
  7. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Carefully spread atop peaches to within 1-inch of edge of pie plate.
  9. Stir 1 tablespoon sugar with 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  10. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
  11. Cool.
  12. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
