Three-Texture Toast with Mizuna and Tempura Crumbs

  1. Toast the bread then spread it with margarine.
  2. Wash the mizuna, grasp the stem and shake to drain.
  3. Cut the mizuna into 1.5 cm pieces (it will be difficult to eat if it's too long) and top on the bread.
  4. Top with the tempura crumbs, mayonnaise and sauce in that order.
  5. Enjoy the crispy texture!
  6. It's also delicious with shrimp or squid-flavored tempura crumbs.
