Chicken With Walnuts Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into 1" pcs and set aside.
  2. In small bowl blend soy sauce and cornstarch, stir in sherry, ginger root, salt and red pepper.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Preheat wok (or possibly skillet) over high heat.
  5. Add in veg.
  6. oil.
  7. Stir-fry peppers and onions in warm oil 2 min or possibly till crisp tender.
  8. Remove from wok.
  9. Stir-fry walnuts 1 to 2 min or possibly till just golden brown.
  10. Add in more oil if necessary and stir-fry 1/2 of chicken 2 or possibly 3 min.
  11. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  12. Return all chicken to wok, stir in and cook soy sauce mix till thick and bubbly.
  13. Stir in vegetables, cover and cook 1 more minute.
  14. Serve immediately with warm cooked rice.
