Beck's Dry Herb Rub for Roast Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375AF.
  2. In bowl, have roast ready to rub herbs on.
  3. Now.
  4. Add all of the dry herbs and put into old herb container.
  5. Or just sprinkle with fingers and rub.
  6. Get glass pan ready, foiled and oiled.
  7. Place roast on pan, drizzle olive oil.
  8. Now, how long you cook it, is your preference..
  9. I like medium rare.
  10. Here is easy chart:: 115-120AF - Rare.
  11. 45 minutes 125-130AF - Medium Rare.
  12. 1 hour.
  13. 135-140AF - Medium.
  14. 1 hour 15 minutes.
  15. 145-155AF - Well done 1 hour 30 minutes.
