Cashew Chicken Avocado Wraps

  1. Remove bones from chicken and coarsely chop meat.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise, basil, lime juice and chile-garlic paste.
  3. Stir in chicken.
  4. Place chicken mixture evenly down centre of each tortilla, then top evenly with avocado slices, cashews, and lettuce.
  5. Roll up and wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  6. Chill 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
