Graham Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Place pan in the oven, immediately turn thermostat down to 350F (180C).
  6. and let bake one hour.
