Apple Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put apples in a greased 9x9 pan.
  3. Sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough.
  6. Gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.
  7. Roll dough out to place over apples in pan.
  8. Cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
