Apple Cobbler
- 4 -6 small apples, cut in wedges, skin taken off
- 2 tablespoons water
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 14 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Put apples in a greased 9x9 pan.
- Sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.
- Roll dough out to place over apples in pan.
- Cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
