Maple Chicken

  1. Mix syrup, oil, wine vinegar, tomato puree, sherry, soy sauce, curry powder, marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper together. Put chicken in 2-quart casserole; pour mixture over chicken. Cover; let sit for three hours at room temperature.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients that have been chopped together.
  3. Place in uncovered casserole and bake in a 300u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
