Garam Masala Spice Mix

• 1 tablespoon cardamom pod
• 5 cm whole cinnamon sticks
• 1 teaspoon cumin seed
• 1 teaspoon clove
• 14 whole nutmeg

1. Grind all the spices together.
2. Coat stuff in it.
