Veal Parmigiana (Microwave) Recipe

  1. In a medium bowl combine oil and onions, microwave on High 2 min.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, and basil.
  3. Microwave on High 5 min till warm and thick.
  4. Dip veal pcs in egg, then crumbs.
  5. Place in 12 x 8 inch glass dish.
  6. Cover with waxed paper, microwave on High 4-5 min or possibly till veal is fork tender.
  7. Pour sauce over veal.
  8. Microwave uncovered on medium power 3 min.
