Picnic Potatoes Recipe

• 2 pound bag frzn hash browns
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1/2 to 3/4 c. diced onions
• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
• 1 can cream celery or possibly chicken soup
• 8 ounce. grated cheddar cheese

1. Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 baking pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 min till lightly toasted on top.
